CJ Yoga Therapist in Training Restorative Yoga Nidra Breathwork Nervous System Regulation

Come home to yourself.

I’m CJ, and I support people in returning to themselves—through breath, movement, and the deep, quiet knowing that lives within. My passion is helping people find balance—not just in their bodies, but in their whole lives. Through practices like restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra and breathwork, I guide you toward deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a greater sense of ease.

I take a holistic approach, looking at the bigger picture of your well-being. Stress, tension, and imbalance don’t just show up in the body—they shape how we move through life. Healing is not just about movement; it’s about listening. The body holds stories of tension, the nervous system remembers every moment of overwhelm, and the breath reveals where we need more space.

Together, we’ll create that space. Using gentle postures, restorative practices, mindful breathwork, and deep rest, we’ll unravel layers of stress and bring you back to a place of steadiness and wholeness. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, carrying chronic tension, or simply seeking a more grounded and peaceful way of being, I’m here to support you.

If you’re longing to slow down, to breathe deeper, to feel truly at home in yourself—let’s begin. Book a session with me through the Jane portal, and let’s rediscover the harmony your body and mind are seeking.
